◾️تو این چند سالی که کنکور ارشد و دکتری کار کردم، با اختلاف زیاد سخت‌ترین دوران مشاوره رو دوران انتخاب رشته میدونم! و همیشه هم گفتم اگر میشد کلا خدمات انتخاب رشته رو از موسسه حذف میکردم! به دو دلیل:
🟠 ۱. مسئولیت بسیاررررر بالای انتخاب رشته: که هر اولویت میتونه سرنوشت یه نفرو تغییر بده(دقیقا مثل انتخاب شاهد و بین الملل قزوین برای خودم)
🟠 ۲. وقت و انرژی زیادی که نسبت به بقیه طرح‌ها میگیره! چون حساسیت کار بالاست! تایم انتخاب رشته کمه! تعداد بچه‌ها زیاده! وقت ما هم محدوده و....!

At the same time, reforms have sought to make it easier for Chinese companies to list on onshore stock exchanges, and new programs have been launched in attempts to lure some of China’s most coveted overseas-listed companies back to the country.
That strategy is the acquisition of a value-priced company by a growth company. Using the growth company's higher-priced stock for the acquisition can produce outsized revenue and earnings growth. Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view. In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
